把 SBTI 人格原型（CTRL、BOSS、LOVE-R、MUM、MONK 等）批量打包成 Agent Skill 的生成器。基于统一的 personas.json 数据源和 Skill 模板自动产出一整套可安装、可切换、可维护的人格 skill，让 coding assistant 能用不同人格的语气、决策偏好和协作姿态继续做真实工作。 A generator that packages SBTI personality archetypes (CTRL, BOSS, LOVE-R, MUM, MONK, ...) into a full batch of installable Agent Skills. Drives a single personas.json through a Skill template so your coding assistant can be switched between personas with different tones, decision biases, and collaboration postures.
